Mango Chocó chip Cake





Preparation Time- 10 min
Baking time- 30min
Ingredients-
·         Flour- 1 cup
·         Salt- ¼ tsp
·         Baking Soda- ½ tsp
·         Baking Powder- 1 tsp
·         Chocolate chips- ¼ cup
·         Brown Sugar – 1/3 cup
·         Butter- 1/3 cup
·         Mango pulp- ½ cup
·         Eggs- 2
·         Milk- 2 tbsp
Method
Melt butter, blend eggs and sugar and mango pulp, mix butter gradually (butter should not be very hot). Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together. Mix flour and milk with butter and egg mixture. Fold in chocolate chips. Preheat the oven at 180°C. Pour the batter in greased cake tin. Bake for 30-40 minutes or till the knife comes out clean.
P.S- You can use this also:-
·         Condensed milk instead of Eggs for Eggless cake.
·         Dark chocolate bars broken into small pieces instead of chocolate chips.
